With SolidCAM Maintenance, you will have access to Expert Telephone / Email / Remote / E-Support hotline support during our standard office hours – 9:00am to 5:00pm.
From our Technology Centre, we use the latest in Technology to provide efficient, reliable and frustration free support. Subsequently, we use the easiest-to-use and fully complimentary solution/diagnostic system on the market, so that we can remotely connect to you, securely.
When on SolidCAM Maintenance, you can enter our E-Support System, where you can log any Technical Queries that you may have. All queries are tracked by our Order Processing Team and Engineers to ensure the best service possible. Attachments can be included, and notifications will be emailed to the user for up-to-date traceability. Enquiries will only be closed with consent from the licensee.
