SolidCAM UK are looking to appoint a Customer Support Administrator due to continued growth within the CAD/CAM market.
This exciting new role will need an individual who has a flair for sales and an attitude of giving the customer the highest levels of care and support including processing of orders. The role is varied and briefly consists of managing support requests, initialising subscription renewals and providing sales quotations to our customer base from our Technology Centre in Barnsley and working closely with our dedicated sales and technical teams. The ideal candidate will be comfortable in picking up the phone and talking with customers with a positive attitude and would suit either a person with an engineering background or an administrative background of customer support and sales. Full training given.
Duties include, but not exclusive to:
- Customer Support Liaison
- Processing of orders through to completion
- Subscription Renewals
- Maintaining company CRM
- Generation of Sales Quotations
- Working with other team members
Successful applicants will have strong knowledge of office packages (Outlook, Excel and Word), able to work without supervision and a good telephone manner.
Salary dependent on experience circa £24-£27k per annum, with progression possibilities
